Responsibilities
- Support onboarding, training delivery, cross-training, coaching, training materials, and process guides.
- Maintain and update company forms, templates, and document repositories.
- Assist with creation, maintenance, rollout, and revision of departmental P&Ps.
- Support lease abstracting reviews and quality control.
- Assist with audits, CAM dispute reviews, executive summary reviews, and forensic tenant ledger audits.
- Create and maintain budget skeletons and support budget reviews.
- Maintain all department trackers, reporting tools, and metrics.
- Support onboarding, acquisitions, dispositions, and terminated PMA transitions.
- Train under Carol Spangler on all admin to become proficient in RealPage and a Super User
- Participate in operational improvement and clean-up initiatives.
- 5+ years of commercial property management experience.
- Experience with lease administration, CAM reconciliations, budgets, and property operations.
- Proficient in RealPage and admin responsibilities within RealPage.
- Proficient in all AA, APM, & PM roles, responsibilities and training.
- Experience in training and mentoring team members preferred.
- Strong Microsoft Excel and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication, organization, and analytical abilities.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent industry experience.
- 3-5 years of Commercial Property Management training experience
